The Route 4 Auto Group is seeking to hire an experienced Internet Manager. We have an exceptional sales force in need of assistance from a talented individual who will be responsible for managing the Internet Department for both Jeep locations and driving traffic to the dealership. Responsibilities:

• This position requires flexibility including the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Make outbound calls daily - Along with managing your team's calls
• Execute an inbound and outbound phone script to build rapport and train team to set sales appointments
• Input/maintain information captured during phone calls into a CRM (customer relation management) software.
• Keeping track of your daily calls, emails and appointments.
• Obtaining minimum call metrics and other KPIs ( Key Performance Indicators ).
• Handle and provide rebuttals to customer objections.
• Organize workflow to meet department time-frames.
• Direct sales questions to sales management
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments 
• Quantify daily tasks into comprehensive recaps.
• Able to work deals with internet customers over the phone

Qualifications:

• Prior sales/manager experience
• Prior call center experience- a plus
• Automotive experience
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Available to work flexible hours & weekends
• Eager to learn the dealerships best practices and advance customer service skills
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
• Knowledge of basic computer functions and typing
• Focus on the customers’ needs and communication to enhance dealership and personal sales
• Enthusiastic and high energy throughout the sales workday
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
